Run of Ocean rooms are a mix of Partial Ocean View and Ocean Front rooms.  The exact mix is not known until date of arrival and is dependent on the availability of each category on arrival day.

To secure this special conference room and parking package, make your reservation by Wednesday, September 16, 2009.  After September 16th, complimentary self parking will be based upon space availability.

The conference room rate (without parking) will be honored until October 8, 2009.

All guest room rates are quoted for single or double occupancy exclusive of applicable General Excise Tax, currently at 4.712%, as well as the current 8.25% Transient Accommodation Tax.  Additional persons in room, up to four, are at $80.00 each.  All taxes are subject to change. No additional charge for children 17 years and younger using existing bedding and sharing the same room with parents. Rates are non-commissionable. Room rates quoted will be honored three days before and three days after the main group dates, based on availability, to accommodate pre and post stays.
All cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night room and taxes to the credit card provided for room guarantee or the hotel will retain the one night deposit.
All no show reservations will be charged one night room and taxes to the credit card provided for room guarantee or the hotel will retain the one night deposit.
The Sheraton will charge an early departure fee of 50% of the room rate if your departure date changes after you check in.
Porterage on own. (Suggested porterage charge is $1.50-$2.00 per bag.)

At thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date of the group, October 8, 2009, the hotel will cancel all reservations without a credit card guarantee or deposit. Reservation requests received after the 30-day cutoff will be confirmed at the group rate on a space available basis only. Deposit will be refunded if reservations are canceled and notice received at the hotel SEVENTY TWO (72) hours prior to arrival date. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. / Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
