The 93rd Civil Support Team (CST) supports civil authorities as a domestic Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and/or Explosive (CIBRE) incident site by identifying agents/substances, assessing current and projected consequences, providing advice on response measures and assisting with requests for additional support. The 93rd CST is a State Asset under operational control of the Adjutant General or the State of Hawaii.

The Center for National Response is a unique Consequence Management and Counterterrorism Exercise facility located in an abandoned highway tunnel at a remote location within West Virginia. The facility, which is part of the Joint Interagency Training and Education Center (JITEC), provides custom designed WMD Exercises for Civilian and Military First Responders, using realistic conditions integrated under a Unified Command. Each exercise is tailored to meet the specific needs of the customer.

The DEFENSE SUPPLY CENTER PHILADELPHIA PACIFIC REGION provides logistics, contract management, and customer support to America's Armed Forces in the Pacific. The JTF-HD’s mission is to execute domestic Land Domain operations, in close coordination, with civil authorities, to defeat terrorist threats to the U.S. Homeland (defined as the U.S. States and Territories, Possessions, Commonwealths; and Compact Nations in the Pacific), and when requested/validated, to conduct Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) operations for all hazards including responding to, and recovering from, natural or man-made disasters across the Joint Operations Area (JOA).
